Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how we deliver and how returns work. We keep it simple — your satisfaction is what matters.
Shipping Policy
- Free standard shipping on orders over Rs 150.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
- Live fish are shipped with temperature-safe insulated packaging for safe arrival.
- We only deliver within Nepal.
Returns Policy
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Live fish and plants cannot be returned once delivered, unless dead on arrival.
- Report dead-on-arrival issues with a photo within 24 hours of delivery.
- Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.
Damaged-in-Transit
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours.
- Send photos of the damaged item and packaging to support@princeaquatic.com.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
- You will be notified by email once your refund is on its way.
