Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Prince Aquatic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place an order. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.
Orders & Pricing
Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (Rs) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where products are out of stock or prices are clearly erroneous. Order confirmation is subject to stock availability, and a confirmed order does not guarantee fulfilment until dispatch.
Payment — Cash on Delivery
All orders are placed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is collected in full at the time of delivery, before or as you receive your order. We do not process card payments or any online payment methods. Please keep cash ready on delivery.
Delivery & Risk
We currently deliver within Nepal. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on your location and order type. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Live fish and plants cannot be returned once delivered unless dead on arrival. Approved COD refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, access another user's account without permission, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, logos, images, product listings, and design — is the property of Prince Aquatic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prince Aquatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
